MARICÉ Cooking Moments is born from my passion for cooking and the good moments enjoyed around the table.

I was born in Lima, where I studied at Le Cordon Bleu Perú, and after working in different restaurants and catering companies, in 2000 I went to Barcelona to do an internship.

I ended up staying for 17 years, where I dedicated myself to the hospitality industry (restaurants, catering, cooking schools, gastronomic consulting, logistics, etc.) and where I started my biggest project, my family.

In 2008 MARICÉ cooking moments, started AT HOME, TOGETHER, AT THE SAME TIME AS MY OTHER WORK in parallel with my work and at home. Now, after several years, and installed in Seville since 2017, we finally opened our own space in the Mercado de los Remedios (Seville) to be able to teach classes and prepare our “Finger Food” Catering.

The classes are more than that, they are an experience in which the atmosphere is essential, as if you were in the kitchen of a house, music in the background, glass in hand, cooking and tasting everything prepared. The recipes are easy but with a special touch.

MARICÉ cooking moments also offers a “Finger Food” catering service, a concept that I love, since you can have lunch/dinner in a more informal way and with variety that completes a menu. You don’t have to cook, just heat it in the oven and at the table. The idea is to enjoy from start to finish as just another guest.
